We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Assistant – Bathroom and Kitchen to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning about products, and helping customers bring their ideas to life.

As part of our team, you will play an important role in creating an enjoyable shopping experience by providing knowledgeable assistance, understanding customer needs, and helping customers find the right products and solutions for their homes.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide helpful advice to guide them through their bathroom and kitchen selections.
• Deliver excellent customer service by listening to customers and helping them find products that meet their requirements.
• Build product knowledge across bathroom, kitchen, and home improvement ranges to confidently support customer enquiries.
• Assist customers with product information, quotes, ordering processes, and finding suitable solutions.
• Use store systems and technology to check product availability, stock locations, and alternative options.
• Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation, including merchandising, ticketing, displays, and product organisation.
• Replenish stock, complete stock top-ups, and assist with maintaining accurate product availability.
• Support promotional displays, price changes, and general showroom operations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A genuine interest in bathroom, kitchen, or home improvement products.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a well-presented showroom.
• The ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing customer needs.
• A willingness to learn product knowledge, quoting, ordering, and sales processes.
• Confidence using basic computer systems and technology to support customer service.

Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, willing to learn, and passionate about helping customers achieve their home improvement goals.

Availability Requirement

This role requires availability to work every Saturday and Sunday.
