About the Role

As our Recruitment Partner, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.

This is a 12-month fixed-term, part-time role (20 hours per week), perfect if you’re looking for balance, flexibility, and meaningful work.

You’ll be part of a collaborative People team, working closely with leaders to attract and hire great talent while keeping everything running efficiently behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across the Support Centre
  • Supporting leaders to make great hiring decisions
  • Coordinating the full recruitment process - from advertising to offer
  • Screening candidates and delivering a great candidate experience
  • Preparing employment agreements and onboarding documentation
  • Running pre-employment checks and managing compliance
  • Partnering with external agencies when needed
  • Managing job board platforms (Seek, Trade Me)
  • Providing recruitment advice and occasional support to stores

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in recruitment
  • Strong organisational skills - you can juggle multiple roles with ease
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with systems (ATS/HRIS)
  • A collaborative mindset
  • Ability to influence and guide hiring managers
