We’re looking for two driven, customer service and sales team members to join our hardworking and supportive team at Mitre 10 Mega Ruakura in either the Gardens or Outdoor Living team.

🛠️   What You’ll Do:

• Provide helpful, hands-on service to customers looking for advice on our range of either Gardens (everything from plants to lawnmowers) or Outdoor Living (including BBQ's, camping and outdoor furniture) products.
• Maintain high standards around levels of stock and merchandising.
• Assist with general tasks in the zone area, including some product assembly, tidying, and customer service.

These skills are a big plus – but if you’re enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn, we’re more than happy to provide training and support to help you grow into the role.

• You understand the basic needs in relation to products and what customers are looking for
• Attention to detail – you take pride in your work
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
• Physically fit – this is an active, hands-on role

📅 Hours:

Reporting to the either the Gardens Supervisor for a role that works Sunday and Monday, 8 hours each day, or the Outdoor Living Supervisor, in a role that also is 16 hours per week, worked Friday and Saturday.
