Project Coordinator - Travel & Logistics

We have an exciting 2 year fixed-term opportunity available to join our Albany Support Centre as a Project Coordinator. This role is a key enabler providing fit-for-purpose coordinating travel logistics across the programme.

You’ll work under the guidance to the Project Manager and to support the Change Partners and Communications team, collaborating and aligning engagement activities across our diverse stakeholder groups.

What You'll Deliver:

  • Coordinate travel and logistic for the Programme including scheduling and managing Programme related travel bookings and budget for Support Centre and Store Teams including flights, rental cars, accommodation and processing expense claims.
  • Coordinate Logistics and Travel planning meetings, attend and chair meetings where necessary, minute, and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Maintain Logistics and Travel calendars.
  • Ensure Logistics and Travel Reporting is completed and accurate on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure Logistics and Travel Budget Reporting information is up to date and audience appropriate. 
  • Assist the Programme Leadership with any other general administration and governance activities.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of people within and outside of the project team.

 

Core Capabilities You Need:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative support role and/or project-related role
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder interaction, minute taking and related
  • Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products, Office 365 preferred.
