We now have an exciting fixed‑term opportunity for a Project Coordinator – People Readiness to provide essential coordination support to our programme, learning teams, and the wider People Readiness function. This role provides continuity, capacity, and organisation across key people‑readiness and learning initiatives.
About the Role
Reporting to the Programme Manager, the Project Coordinator – People Readiness is responsible for ensuring smooth project coordination and high‑quality project documentation across multiple workstreams.
In this role, you will:
- Provide day‑to‑day coordination support to both the Learning team and People Readiness programmes.
- Maintain project schedules, calendars, documentation, reporting, agendas, and minutes.
- Support project managers and leads to ensure project delivery processes and standards are followed.
- Assist with project scoping, requirements, and preparation of project documentation.
- Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies - escalating where required.
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Provide reliable continuity to support workflow and ensure seamless project delivery.

About You
You’ll bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in coordination, administration, or project support roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Experience coordinating meetings, documentation, and follow‑up actions.
- A high level of attention to detail and a reliable, proactive approach.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and confidence learning new systems.
- A friendly, supportive, and team‑focused attitude.
