Project Co-ordinator – Omni

The sustained growth over the years has seen Mitre 10significantly surpass the $1.4 billion group sales mark, and as we continue to grow we now have an exciting fixed term opportunity available in our Information Technology team supporting our Omni projects programme.

As the Project Coordinator supporting the project team in the rollout of Omni related initiatives, you will be the “right hand person” to the Group Manager of Business Solutions and Project Management team. You will provide administration and co-ordination support for projects and the project management function as a whole.

This will see you:

  • Co-ordinating project meetings and activities;
  • Keeping Project Managers informed about omni project status and issues;
  • Preparing ad-hoc presentations, reports and other project related documents;
  • Co-ordinating resource availability for meetings and specific activities;
  • Program administration – updating project and program reports and registers, planning, and documentation of project management guidelines and practices,

As a key member in the successful delivery of our projects we’re looking for someone with solid experience in similar administrative and/or project-related roles. Also, important in this position will be your detail orientation, adaptability, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent organisational and planning skills, along with your ability to engage with various stakeholders and proactively administrate multi-faceted projects.
