Pricing & Promotions Analyst

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive real business impact? If yes, we are on the lookout for a Pricing & Promotions Analyst to join our Albany based Support Centre team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
As a Pricing & Promotions Analyst, you’ll be the analytical powerhouse behind our promotional success. Your insights and recommendations will help us create a best-in-class pricing framework that keeps us competitive and customer-focused.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Impact: Provide analytical support to the Pricing & Promotions Manager to measure and improve the effectiveness of promotional events.
- Influence Strategy: Conduct pre- and post-promotion analysis, delivering recommendations that elevate Mitre 10’s promotional offers.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Merchandise and Pricing teams to maintain and evolve our Retail Pricing Strategy.
- Own the Numbers: Manage and enhance key reports including market share, pricing, and trade development tools.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 3 years’ experience in retail or wholesale; merchandise planning or analytics experience preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP (S4 HANA)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate Power BI proficiency
- Knowledge of retail systems, reporting best practices, and experience with data extraction and manipulation.
- A passion for turning data into insights that make a difference.
