Power Garden Team Member - Mitre 10 MEGA Glenfield

The Role:

The Power Garden Department has a wide range of products from lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, outdoor lights, water blasters and much more. You will be assisting our trade and DIY customers by providing excellent customer service to help find the right product to fit their needs.

This is a great opportunity for a confident, customer service minded person to join our supportive, knowledgeable team.

The role is a permanent, part-time position working Friday and Sunday (16 hours per week) in our Power Garden Department at Mitre 10 MEGA, Glenfield.

About You:

You will be able to bring a drive and energy for getting the job done right.  Previous customer service experience would be an advantage, but it is your strong personal values, in alignment with ours, that will make you successful at Mitre 10.

An ideal candidate may look to have the following:

• Retail sales experience, desired but not essential and a mature outlook on life
• An interest in all things DIY, especially outdoor garden tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to meet and exceed expectations of our DIY customers
• The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team to achieve results
