Customer Sales Assistant - Plumbing & Bathrooms

Spring has arrived, and with our Plumbing & Bathrooms department getting busier than ever, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.

This role offers 32 hours per week, working Friday through Sunday, and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers bring their renovation, maintenance, and DIY projects to life.

 

What we're looking for

While experience or knowledge in plumbing, bathrooms, tapware, pipes, fittings, or home improvement products would be an advantage, we're more interested in finding someone with:

• A positive and friendly attitude
• A genuine passion for customer service
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Good physical fitness, as some lifting and stock handling will be required
• A willingness to learn and become a product expert

About the role

As part of our Plumbing & Bathrooms team, you'll be:

• Assisting customers with their projects and product selections
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Maintaining merchandising and stock presentation
• Helping keep the department well organised and fully stocked
• Working alongside a supportive and knowledgeable team
