We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused individual to join our Renovator team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is keen to learn. Our Renovator department covers a range of home improvement categories including flooring, lighting, electrical and paint, so we're looking for someone who is eager to develop their product knowledge and provide customers with great solutions.

This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) and requires availability to work at least one weekend day.

 

About the Role

As a Renovator Team Member, you will assist customers across multiple product categories, helping them find the right products and solutions for their projects.

 

You'll be involved in all aspects of the department, from customer service and sales through to merchandising, replenishing stock, maintaining displays, and supporting the wider store team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where every day is different, and everyone works together to achieve great results.

• Strong communication and computer skills.

• An interest in home improvement, renovation, decorating, or DIY projects.
• The ability to work across multiple departments and assist customers with a wide range of products.
• Previous retail, sales, trade, or customer service experience would be advantageous.
• You must be physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting, as this is an essential requirement of the position.
