Customer Service Team Member

Part-Time 

Available Shifts

• Friday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
• One weekend day: 8:30am – 5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing outstanding customer service with a smProcessing returns and creditAssisting with customer orders and deliveries
• Resolving customer queries and finding solutions
• Working efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment

Power Tools Team Member

Part-Time

 

Shifts

• Sunday & Monday: 7:00am – 3:30pm

About the Role

Join our busy Power Tools Department and help customers find the right tools for their projects.

• Interest in power tools, hand tools, and automotive products
• Passion for helping customers
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Stocktake Assistant

12-Month Fixed-Term

 

Hours

• Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 11:00am

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with stock counting and inventory accuracy
• Investigating stock discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records
• Supporting the wider team with inventory management

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to focus on numbers and data accuracy
• Organised and methodical work practices
• Reliable and self-motivated

Additional Requirement for All Roles
