About the Role
This is a busy, action-packed role where no two days are the same. You will be a key point of contact for both customers and team members, helping to ensure our front-of-store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Handling customer and team enquiries in person and over the phone
- Processing transactions through checkouts
- Assisting with finance applications and special orders
- Providing solutions, problem-solving, and ensuring excellent follow-up
- Supporting the smooth operation of our checkout and customer service areas
Hours of Work
• Part-time role: 24 hours per week (which includes a Sunday)
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong team spirit
- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A proactive, can-do approach and strong organisational skills
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
- Previous experience with a POS system (training will be provided)
