About the Role

This is a busy, action-packed role where no two days are the same. You will be a key point of contact for both customers and team members, helping to ensure our front-of-store operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Handling customer and team enquiries in person and over the phone
  • Processing transactions through checkouts
  • Assisting with finance applications and special orders
  • Providing solutions, problem-solving, and ensuring excellent follow-up
  • Supporting the smooth operation of our checkout and customer service areas

Hours of Work

• Part-time role: 24 hours per week (which includes a Sunday)

  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong team spirit
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • A proactive, can-do approach and strong organisational skills
  • Confidence using computers and learning new systems
  • Previous experience with a POS system (training will be provided)
