Part time role:  20 hours per week.

Reporting to the Office Administrator, your role will achieve:

  • maximising the integrity of physical and computerised inventory records;

  • assisting in the development of process controls to maximise inventory management;

  • maintaining the GAP management process;

  • investigating stock discrepancies;

  • implementation of stock takes and stock take procedures;

For this position we are looking for someone who has:

  • strong analytical skills and attention to detail;

  • proven organisational skills;

  • drive and enthusiasm;

  • good time management;

  • a quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible; and 

  • a strong customer service ethos.

  • Physically fit – as there will be prolonged walking and standing on concrete floors, manual handling, ladder use and lifting

    The hours for this role are 20 hours a week, the hours will be determined by roster.
