A bit about the role…

We’re looking for a full-time, permanent Paint Department Team Member to join our knowledgeable and friendly team. This is a customer-facing role where attention to detail, product knowledge, and a positive attitude are key to success.

You’ll play an important part in helping customers choose the right paint products for their projects, while ensuring the department is well-presented, stocked, and safe.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing exceptional in-store and after-sales customer service
• Assisting customers with paint selection and product advice
• Maintaining stock integrity and high visual merchandising standards
• Building strong product knowledge to enhance the customer experience
• Working collaboratively as part of a supportive team

What we’re looking for…

We’re seeking a retail professional with a strong customer focus and a great work ethic. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• A genuine passion for customer service and sales
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility
• Physical capability for manual handling, prolonged standing, and ladder use
• A good awareness of Health & Safety

(Paint or retail experience is advantageous but not essential — training will be provided.)
