Onehunga Store - Showroom and Tools customer assistants
At Mitre 10 we are in growth mode. We are looking at 2 Customer Assistants in 2 different departments: Kitchen and Bathrooms (showroom) and Tools. Our team members come to work every day with a purpose in mind: to help each and every customer select what they need to improve their homes.
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to fill the following full time positions:
- Role 1: Show Room sales assistant - full time with at least one weekend shift
- Role 2: Tools department sales assistant - full time with at least one weekend shift
For both roles you will need to enjoy assisting DIYers with their projects and deliver exceptional customer service.
You will need to
- make decisions and take responsibility
- communicate clearly and effectively to a wide range of customers
- be a confident self starter who has a desire to grow the business and who strives for results
- have an interest in kitchen design and/or hand tools and power tools
