Office Support Coordinator (Part-time Job Share)

We’re looking for an Office Support Coordinator to join our People team and play a key role in delivering a warm, seamless, and professional experience across our Support Centre.
About the Role
This is a part-time job share role (16 hours per week) where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of the business - supporting our team, welcoming visitors, and helping keep the office running smoothly. From front-of-house to behind-the-scenes coordination, you’ll make a real impact on our day-to-day experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact, greeting team members, visitors, and contractors
- Create a warm, professional and welcoming environment
- Provide excellent internal customer service and support
- Support travel bookings and manage relationships with travel providers
- Help maintain travel processes and assist team members where needed
- Manage phone systems, mobile allocations and support requests
- Support the coordination and management of our vehicle fleet
- Monitor servicing, WOFs, bookings, and compliance requirements
- Assist with facility coordination (repairs, cleaning, contractors, etc.)
- Support building access, security and car park management
- Support onboarding (new starter setup, equipment, access) and offboarding
- Assist with People team initiatives and events
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a customer service, receptionist or office support role
- A friendly, professional and approachable style
- Strong organisational skills - you can juggle multiple tasks with ease
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- A proactive, “pitch in and help” mindset
- Confidence using systems (MS Office and general office tools)
- A full NZ driver’s license is a must
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with travel coordination or fleet
support
