National Key Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a National Key Account Manager to join our Albany-based Support Centre and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our trade partnerships.
As part of our Customer Team, you’ll be at the forefront of building strong, strategic relationships with national customers. Your mission? To create growth plans that deliver exceptional commercial outcomes for both Mitre 10 and our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow national customer relationships by understanding their business, challenges, and opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities on a national scale, building a robust growth pipeline.
- Collaborate with stores and sales leaders to onboard new customers and ensure sustainable growth.
- Shape the market by developing an ‘all of market’ view of key potential customers and networking for success.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in national key account management or national/regional sales leadership, managing significant relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data, pricing dynamics, and costs to serve.
- Deep understanding of industry and market dynamics, including products, services, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional influencing skills and the ability to engage senior leaders across both customer and Mitre 10 businesses.
