Trade is a key part of our business, and we're looking for someone to provide essential administrative and customer support to our busy Trade team. This office-based role plays an important part in delivering exceptional service to our trade customers, from preparing quotes and processing orders through to coordinating projects and building strong customer relationships.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, fixed-term Trade Support team member to join our team.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm (40 hours per week)

Fixed-term period: Ending February 2027

What you'll be doing

• Preparing quotes and estimates for trade customers
• Processing customer orders and coordinating deliveries
• Providing phone and email support to trade customers
• Assisting with account enquiries and order tracking
• Supporting the Trade team with administration and reporting
• Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Helping to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our trade customers

We're looking for someone who has:

• Trade, timber, production, or building industry knowledge
• Experience preparing quotes and estimates
• Strong computer and administration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• A genuine desire to help our customers achieve their goals

• Confident using computerised inventory and ordering systems
• Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
