We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Flexi Team Member to join our team on a permanent part‑time basis (24 hours per week).

🛠️ About the Role:

As a Flexi Team Member, you won’t be fixed to one department. Instead, you’ll support different areas of the store, helping wherever the team needs you most. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and a busy retail environment.

• 24 hours per week (permanent part time)
• One day of weekend work is required
• Shifts may vary across the week, with rosters provided two weeks in advance

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing friendly, helpful customer service across multiple departments
• Filling shelves and maintaining stock hygiene to ensure products are well‑presented and easy to find
• Assisting with physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items
• Working collaboratively with team members to keep store operations running smoothly
• Supporting the wider team during peak times and where required

What we’re looking for:

• A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work across the store where needed
• A good level of physical fitness
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
