As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Retail Team Member who thrives on delivering exceptional service and driving results.

The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a full‑time retail superstar (39.5 hours per week) to join our dynamic team, with a focus of key areas from plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms through to big‑ticket seasonal products like fireplaces, outdoor living, and camping gear.

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role — we’re after a genuine sales superstar who thrives on the floor, connects with customers all day, and knows how to close a sale.

Hours of work:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Sunday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

• Actively engage customers, identify their needs, and confidently recommend solutions that drive sales
• Keep shelves fully stocked, visually sharp, and easy to shop
• Confidently handle physically active tasks, including lifting and stock movement
• Work alongside a driven team to keep the store running at its best
• Jump in where needed and bring energy during busy periods
