The Opportunity

We are looking for a Trade Drive-Thru Manager who has strong leadership experience of 2 years plus with big box experience and have an interest or knowledge in the building industry, can deliver exceptional customer service both to our DIY customers and to our Tradies. 

You will have a willingness to learn building products, materials and their applications to assist our Trade and DIY customers.  As well as understanding the importance of providing outstanding customer service each and every time to all our customers no matter what their background might be.

Our ideal Trade Drive-Thru Manager to lead the team will have:

• Have strong leadership skills
• Is physically fit and able to do heavy lifting to support the team
• Have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
• The ability to motivate, coach and empower the team to perform at their best
• Reporting and analytical skills 

Previous retail experience and/or experience within the building industry will be viewed very favourably. 

To be considered for this role you will need to have a full current drivers license, plus an ‘F’ endorsement would be an advantage, but not essential as Forklift training will be given.

This role is a permanent full-time position, 45 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday, reporting to the General Manager.
