We’re now on the lookout for an experienced kitchen designer to join our team and help take customers turn their ideas into dream kitchens.

You’ll be someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, leading by example, and motivating others in a fast-paced but fun retail environment. While kitchen design experience is a bonus, it’s not essential — we’ll provide full training and support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the kitchen designer to manage the Kitchen Design department
• Working closely with the Retail Manager to improve stock availability and inventory control
• Ensuring customers receive outstanding service every time
• Promoting a positive, engaged team culture

   

This is a full-time role, Sunday to Thursday, offering a great work-life balance.

A bit about you…You’ll bring:

• Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle a busy workload
• A friendly, confident and approachable communication style
• A proven sales mindset with a focus on understanding customer needs
• High energy, self-motivation and a strong work ethic

   

Kitchen design experience is an advantage, but not essential — we’re happy to teach the right person.
