About the Role

We’re looking for a Trade Sales Support team member who excels in customer service and delivers accurate, timely quotes. In this role, you’ll be a key support to our Account Managers by preparing accurate, timely quotes and providing product information that helps our customers succeed on site.

You’ll work closely with third-party estimators, interpret plans, calculate quantities, and ensure all pricing and specifications are spot on. Attention to detail, organisation, and confidence using systems will be critical to keeping our Trade quoting process running smoothly.

This is a behind-the-scenes role with a big impact - your work will directly support our Trade customers in pricing jobs accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

• Sound knowledge of building materials and the construction industry
• Experience with quoting or pricing (highly regarded)
• Strong computer skills and a detail-focused, process-driven approach
• Ability to read plans and interpret project requirements
• A proactive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliability, honesty, and clear communication

Industry experience is a bonus, but if you have a sharp eye for detail and a genuine interest in quoting and estimating, we’d love to hear from you.
