We are looking for an experienced and motivated retail leader to drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer service, lead high-performing teams, and ensure operational excellence. About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and day-to-day operation of the store. You will lead and support your team to achieve sales and profitability targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and the highest standards of operational excellence. Working closely with department managers, support functions, suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholders, you will drive business performance and continuous improvement. This role requires flexibility to support the needs of the business, including regular weekend work.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Achieving store sales, profitability, and performance targets.
• Managing store costs and labour budgets effectively.
• Leading, coaching, and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
• Ensuring the store is appropriately staffed and rostered to meet business needs.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Maintaining high standards of merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
• Ensuring Duty Management responsibilities are consistently fulfilled.
• Supporting inventory management initiatives to maintain stock availability and minimise shrinkage.
• Building strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Promoting a strong health, safety, and compliance culture throughout the store.
