About the Role:
At Mitre 10 MEGA Whanganui, our Kitchens and Bathrooms are the inspirational heart of our store, showcasing an exciting range of products that fuel our fast-growing department. This role is all about selling the dream—helping customers bring their new or renovated kitchen, bathroom, or laundry project to life. You'll achieve this by truly listening to our customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting them with the full solution that meets their needs, all within the parameters of our acclaimed design standards.

What You'll Do:

• Customer Guidance: Assist customers with their home improvement dreams by offering complete, guideline-driven solutions—from product selection to layout advice.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dynamic team to share knowledge, drive consistency, and deliver top-notch service every time.
• Process Adherence: Follow established systems and processes to ensure every project meets Mitre 10’s high standards and is delivered on schedule.
• Project Support: Provide hands-on support, including some heavy lifting, to help set up and maintain our inspirational kitchen, bathroom, and laundry displays.
