We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable permanent team members to join our fast‑paced and friendly store environment. If you enjoy helping customers, working with trade products, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

Role 1: Trade Drive Thru Team Member – 24 Hours

Help customers choose the right trade products in our busy Drive Thru area.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting cutomers with product selection
• Providing great service in a hands‑on, fast‑moving environment
• Helping maintain a safe and organised Drive Thru space

Requirements:

• Full New Zealand Driver’s License (essential for this role)
  

Roster details:

Weekly shifts that are rostered two weeks in advance but may change week to week

You must be able to work one weekend day as part of the regular roster

Role 2: Trade Desk Team Member – 40 Hours

Support our trade customers at the counter and process their purchases with accuracy and care.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving customers at the Trade Desk
• Cashing out purchases and handling transactions
• Providing helpful and efficient customer service

Roster details:

Weekly shifts that are rostered two weeks in advance but may change week to week

You must be able to work one weekend day as part of the regular roster

What you can expect to do in this role:

• Deliver top-notch service with a friendly attitude—whether it's a seasoned builder or a weekend warrior, every customer counts.
• Keep the drive-thru tidy and safe, with regular housekeeping and stock organisation.
• Build your product knowledge so you can confidently help customers find what they need.
• Assist with loading and unloading trailers, utes, and vans.
• Working with a ‘One Team’ approach
