We are currently seeking enthusiastic Retail Team Members to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role

• Work across a variety of departments within our Retail Zone, including Seasonal, Hardware, Kitchens, Lighting, Plumbing, Paint, Housewares, and more.
• Develop your product knowledge and gain experience across multiple areas of the store.
• Permanent part-time opportunities available, with contracted hours ranging from 9.5 to 20+ hours per week.
• Additional shifts may be available from time to time to support business needs.
• Shifts are scheduled between 7:00am and 6:00pm, with availability for at least one weekend day required.
• Rosters are published a minimum of two weeks in advance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing friendly, helpful customer service across a variety of departments
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and helping them find the right solutions for their projects
• Filling shelves and maintaining stock presentation to ensure products are well-stocked and easy to shop
• Assisting with physical tasks, including lifting and moving products where required
• Working collaboratively with team members to keep store operations running smoothly
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods and across different departments as needed

What we’re looking for:

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility to work across multiple departments
• A good level of physical fitness
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
