We are on the lookout for a dynamic Fulfilment Manager to join our team!

This full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, involves directly reporting to Store Management and leading a dedicated team. If you're ready to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

What You Can Expect in This Role:

• Plan and run daily and afternoon replenishment so the shop always opens looking perfect.
• Keep stock rotated, clearly labelled and presented so every product is easy to find and looks great.
• Lead, train and roster your crew to deliver smooth, reliable shifts and a positive, can‑do culture.
• Coordinate with Inwards and Store Management to prioritise tasks and reduce lead times.
• Monitor inventory, flag discrepancies and support Store Management with stock investigations to keep numbers accurate.
• Maintain a clean, safe backroom and shop floor in line with health and safety standards.

• Confident people leader who loves coaching and getting the best from a team.
• Sharp eye for detail and solid numeracy for stock checks.
• Great organiser who can juggle shifts, priorities and clear communication with day teams and receiving.
• Comfortable using inventory systems and delivering consistent merchandising and presentation standards.
