We’re looking for a detail‑driven Inventory Co‑Ordinator to join our team at Juted. Reporting to the Merchandise & Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring our stores have accurate stock, correct pricing, and reliable data, so our customers always find the right products at the right price, at the right time.

About the role
As Inventory Co‑Ordinator, you’ll support store operations by maintaining strong stock integrity and consistent pricing across the business. You’ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers, contribute to inventory optimisation, and help ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation.
Monday to Friday - 32 Hours per week
9.00am - 3.30pm
What you’ll be responsible for
- Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date stock and price files
- Completing daily stock, pricing, and data integrity checks
- Processing inwards goods updates and compliance documentation
- Producing and reviewing regular inventory and sales reports
- Supporting core range maintenance and overseas purchasing coordination
- Assisting with stock checks, gap reports, ticketing, and analysis
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Providing advice and support on product, pricing, and stock matters
- Contributing to shrinkage reduction and security processes
- Supporting stores during peak periods when required
- Upholding health, safety, and wellbeing standards at all times

- Experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Infor, or similar)
- Understanding of inventory management and stock file maintenance
- Confidence working with reports and system‑based data
- Knowledge of retail pricing and merchandising principles
- Understanding of relevant legislation (e.g. Fair Trading Act, Consumer Guarantees Act)
