Mitre 10 Mega Tauranga - Fulfilment Team Members

We are on the lookout for 6 team members to join our brand-new fulfillment team. 

Each position offers 30 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Monday to Friday during the afternoon and finishing no later than 10pm.

Applicants must be available to attend a group interview on Thursday 12th February 2026.

This role involves frequent heavy lifting, so applicants will need to be physically capable. A full New Zealand driver’s licence is preferred in this role.

What You Do

• Keep shelves stocked, tidy, and easy for customers to shop.
• Follow routines for restocking, rotating stock, and keeping areas clean.
• Report any stock issues like missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
• Work well with the team and help out where needed.
• Follow all health & safety rules and report hazards.
• Complete required training and stay up to date with e‑learning.
• Be reliable & show up on time
