With the introduction of our brand-new Fulfilment Team, we are now seeking a Fulfilment Team Leader to support the Fulfilment Manager and help establish strong standards, processes, and culture within this after-hours team.

This is a great development opportunity for someone ready to step up, lead others, and take pride in ensuring our store is fully replenished, safe, and customer-ready every morning.

This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday, 1.30pm – 10.00pm (40 hours p/w)

This role involves frequent heavy lifting, so applicants will need to be physically capable. A full New Zealand driver’s licence is required in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and support the after-hours fulfilment team, ensuring tasks are prioritised and completed to a high standard.
• Replenish shelves and displays safely and accurately, ensuring correct product locations, tidy bays, and strong presentation.
• Verify pricing, rotate stock, and maintain merchandising standards that make the customer journey simple and reliable.
• Identify and communicate stock issues, discrepancies, or concerns with urgency.
• Maintain a safe, secure work environment and report any risks or concerns immediately.
• Coach, guide, and help develop team members, including supporting training and performance expectations.
• Assist with planning, workflow management, and nightly task execution.
• Follow all store policies, Health & Safety procedures, and operational guidelines at all times.
• Carry out additional duties aligned with the role and as requested by the Fulfilment Manager.

A full NZ Driver Licence is required.
