We are looking for 2 Fulfilment Team Members to join our team on a fixed-term basis through to 31 January 2027, with a strong Trade Drive Thru focus

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders, loading and unloading products, replenishing stock, and supporting our Trade Drive Thru operation. You will play an important part in ensuring trade and retail customers receive their products efficiently while maintaining a safe, organised, and customer-focused environment.

Each position offers 30 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 3:30pm to 9:30pm.

This role involves regular heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced environment.

A full New Zealand Driver Licence is essential.

An OSH-approved Forklift Licence is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate. Applicants must be willing to learn and obtain forklift certification.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers in the Trade Drive Thru.
• Load and unload vehicles safely.
• Replenish stock and maintain product availability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely when qualified.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged items, and hazards.
• Work collaboratively with the wider fulfilment and trade teams.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and complete required training.

What You'll Bring
