We are looking for a Fulfilment Team Member to join our team on a fixed-term basis through to the end of January 2027, with a strong Garden Centre and Retail focus.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for replenishing stock, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring products are presented to a high standard across our Garden Centre and retail departments. You will play an important part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring products are available, organised, and ready for our customers.

This position offers 30 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 9:30pm.

This role involves frequent heavy lifting, so applicants will need to be physically capable.

 

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Keep shelves stocked, tidy, and easy for customers to shop.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards throughout the Garden Centre and retail areas.
• Follow routines for restocking, stock rotation, and housekeeping.
• Report any stock issues, including damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist in other areas when required.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and report hazards.
• Complete required training and stay up to date with e-learning.
• Be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent results.
