As a Customer Service Experience Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service ensuring a positive shopping experience and ensuring our trolley area and carpark are kept tidy.
We are currently seeking a Team Member to join us on a Fixed Term Basis until Mid January 2026.
We’re after a reliable team player to help keep our trolley bays tidy and trolleys available for customers. This is a part-time role through to mid-January—perfect if you enjoy staying active and working outdoors.
Part time (13.25 hours per week) Monday & Tuesday: 3.45 - 6.15pm, Sunday: 9.30am - 6.15pm
What you can expect in this role:
- Working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the Retail Departments
- Engaging in various physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items and assisting in our trolley area.
- After school hours to assist with end of day tasks and closing.
- This is an active, outdoor role — you'll need to be comfortable working in all weather conditions, whether it's sunny, rainy, or windy.
