Mitre 10 Mega Tauranga- Customer Experience Zone

We are currently looking for4 x Customer Experience Team Members to join us on a fixed-term contract. These roles are a great opportunity to be part of the team that creates a positive first and last impression for our customers.

Available Roles:

• 2 x Customer Experience (Trolley) Team Members – 8 hours per week
• 1 x Checkout Team Member – 20 hours per week
• 1 x Checkout Team Member – 25 hours per week

• Retrieving and organizing trolleys from around the store and carpark
• Ensuring trolley bays remain stocked and accessible for customers
• Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy external store environment
• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately processing transactions through our POS system
• Assisting customers with enquiries, returns, exchanges and service desk requests
• Supporting smooth day-to-day store operations
• Following health and safety procedures while working both indoors and outdoors
• Supporting the wider Customer Experience Zone, including checkout duties when required

• Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Enjoys creating exceptional customer experiences
• Communicates confidently and professionally
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is reliable, physically fit and enjoys hands-on work
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
• Is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Availability to work at least one weekend day
• Flexibility to work across the Customer Experience Zone as required
• Ability to safely push, move and organize trolleys throughout the shift
