We’re looking for a permanent part-time Customer Experience Zone Team Member with a focus in our Quotes Order Management (QOM’s) area to join our busy store. This role combines frontline customer service with the coordination and fulfilment of customer quotes and orders, ensuring a seamless experience from purchase through to collection or delivery.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service — both at the checkout and behind the scenes — supporting customers, tradies, and DIYers with their orders and project needs.

Hours: 20 hours per week, which will include one weekend day. Work rosters will be published at least two weeks in advance to ensure you have clear notice of your scheduled shifts.

Your day-to-day will include:

Customer Experience & Frontline Service

  • Deliver friendly, professional service while processing transactions and supporting customer enquiries
  • Create smooth, positive experiences at every stage of the customer journey
Quotes Order Management (QOM’s) & Fulfilment
  • Coordinate and fulfil quotes, Click & Collect, and special orders
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and on time
  • Manage efficient order handovers and maintain an organised QOM’s area
Order Accuracy & Inventory Control
  • Check incoming stock, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure correct storage, tracking, and completion of all orders
  • Support regular audits to keep orders current and accounted for
Teamwork & Operations
  • Work collaboratively across teams to meet customer commitments
  • Communicate issues promptly and contribute to process improvements
  • Provide support across the store as needed
