- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Sound judgement in allocating freight and resources
- Confidence responding to live operational issues
- Detail‑focused with good process discipline
- Team‑focused and willing to support others
- Comfortable using systems and operational data
We offer the successful applicant:
- Competitive remuneration
- A stable, positive team environment
- Corporate discounts via Mitre 10’s Perks App
- Excellent support and training
- Staff perks such as a Birthday Day Off, trauma insurance, and bonus scheme
- Generous staff discount
At Mitre 10, we believe in mucking in, working safely, and supporting one another to do our best work every day. We are committed to ensuring our team arrive home safe every day. As part of this commitment, all successful candidates will be required to complete a pre‑employment drug and alcohol screen.
