We are currently looking for an experienced Zone Manager to join our team oversee our Timber and Building Department.

This is a full-time role (40hours) with a focus in the Timber and Building Zone. This position is Tuesday - Saturday.

Tuesday  7.30am – 4pm, Wednesday  7.30am – 4pm, Thursday  6.30am – 3pm, Friday  7.30am – 4pm, Saturday  8am – 4.30pm

• Drivers Licence- Full New Zealand Class 1 Drivers Licence. Forklift licence advantageous.

What You’ll Deliver

• Epic Customer Experiences- Create memorable customer service experiences by cross-training team members and utilizing their skills.
• Process Optimization- Develop and implement initiatives to optimize departmental operations.
• Order Monitoring- Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and keep customers informed at all stages.
• Compliance- Ensure compliance with MPI regulations, including biosecurity, and maintain accurate records.
• Team Empowerment- Energize your team to achieve the best results and participate in Duty Management of the store.
