We are currently looking for an experienced Zone Manager to join our team oversee our Garden Department.

This is a full-time role 

Tuesday – Saturday (40 Hours p/w)

What You’ll Deliver

• Epic Customer Experiences- Create memorable customer service experiences by cross-training team members and utilizing their skills.
• Process Optimization- Develop and implement initiatives to optimize departmental operations.
• Order Monitoring- Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and keep customers informed at all stages.
• Compliance-  Ensure compliance with MPI regulations, including biosecurity, and maintain accurate records.
• Team Empowerment- Energize your team to achieve the best results and participate in Duty Management of the store.
