As a Customer Service Experience Team Member you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service ensuring a positive shopping experience, and ensuring you process customer's transactions on POS (tills).
We have two roles available
Tuesday to Saturday - 40 hours per week - Checkouts
Monday & Sunday - 16 Hours - Trade Desk
Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a warm, professional manner
- Accurately processing transactions on our POS system
- Providing advice or solutions to support customer inquiries
- Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth store operations
- Handling physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock
- Assist customers at the service desk with returns, exchanges, and general queries
- Loves creating great customer experiences
- Communicates confidently and clearly
- Enjoys working as part of a high-energy team
- Is reliable and thrives in a busy, hands-on environment
- Has a great attitude and strong work ethic
