Mitre 10 Alexandra - Part Time Team Members


We’re Hiring! Join Our Family-Oriented DIY & Hardware Team

We’re a friendly, family-oriented DIY & hardware shop looking for two reliable team members for our store Mitre 10 Alexandra. Both roles are fixed-term part-time, with potential for renewal.

 

Role 1: Weekend Team Member (Saturday & Sunday)

 

  • Days: Saturday & Sunday | Approx. 10 hours/week | Fixed-term part-time (renewal possible)
  • Friendly customer service and basic product advice
  • Tills/sales processing (training provided)
  • Stocking, merchandising, and keeping the store tidy

     


Role 2: Part-Time Team Member (Saturday–Tuesday)

 

  • Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday | Approx. 25 hours/week | Fixed-term part-time (renewal possible)
  • Help customers with DIY/hardware solutions and product selection
  • Stock replenishment, pricing, and general store operations
  • Tills/sales processing (training provided)


 

About You

 

  • Friendly, dependable, and enjoys helping customers
  • DIY/hardware knowledge is a bonus (not essential)
  • Comfortable on your feet and with moderate-heavy lifting
  • Team-focused, safety-minded, and takes pride in a tidy store
