Merchandise Team Member, Full Time

Sunday to Thursday | Approximately 36 hours per week | Permanent

Mitre 10 MEGA Prestons is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Merchandise Team Member to join our team.

This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You will be responsible for helping create a great shopping experience for our customers while keeping the store looking well stocked, organised and ready to go.

Your day-to-day could include:

• Providing friendly, helpful customer service and assisting customers to find what they need
• Filling and maintaining stock across the store
• Ensuring displays are well presented and shelves are stocked, ticketed and tidy
• Assisting with merchandising and product changes
• Checking stock levels and helping maintain accurate inventory
• Supporting promotions, seasonal changes and other merchandising projects
• Working with the wider team to keep standards high across the store

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine focus on delivering great customer service
• Enjoys being busy and takes pride in keeping things organised and looking their best
• Has good attention to detail
• Is physically fit and comfortable being on their feet and moving stock throughout the day
• Works well as part of a team but can also get stuck in and work independently
• Has retail or merchandising experience, although this is not essential
