Master Data Analyst

Are you passionate about data accuracy, process improvement, and driving business success through high-quality product information? We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Master Data Analyst to join our Support Centre team in Albany. This is a permanent, full-time role within our Merchandise Services division.
About the Role
As a Master Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and consistency of our product master data. You’ll work across teams to support strategic goals, streamline data processes, and deliver insightful reporting and dashboards that empower decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, manage, and maintain article master data to support business deliverables and projects.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to coordinate data enrichment, cleansing, and process improvement projects.
- Document and manage data attributes, taxonomy, hierarchy, and workflows.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and liaise with subject matter experts.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in master data management, product/category data, or a similar role.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or Data Management (preferred).
- Strong technical skills in SAP (S4 HANA), Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
- Experience with AS400, GS1, or SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
