Marketing Manager - Mitre 10 MEGA Marlborough

About the Role

Working closely with the Purchasing, Merchandise and Store Leadership teams, you will be responsible for:

Marketing & Community

• Developing and executing local marketing strategies
• Planning and delivering community and promotional events
• Creating and scheduling social media content
• Managing online engagement and customer enquiries
• Designing marketing collateral (flyers, posters, digital campaigns)
• Coordinating printing and distribution of materials
• Supporting in-store promotions and new product launches
• Coordinating sponsorship opportunities

Pricing, Promotions & Ticketing

• Conducting pre- and post-promotion analysis with clear recommendations
• Supporting ticketing accuracy in-store (pricing updates, promotional tickets, compliance)

About You

• Passionate about marketing and retail
• Confident in creating digital content - photos, videos etc.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting
• Skilled with design tools such as Canva / Adobe
• Highly organised and proactive
• Strong communicator
