We are on the lookout for a proactive Learning Administrator to join our Capability team and help keep our people programmes running seamlessly across 87 stores and our Support Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how our team members learn, grow and thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Learning Administrator, you’ll be the engine room behind the smooth running of all learning programs. Your work ensures every team member gets a great experience with our learning systems and that our programs run efficiently from start to finish.

You’ll:

  • Set up and maintain LMS course shells for all stores
  • Coordinate and manage qualifications, Support Centre and store learning programs
  • Respond to system and learning queries within 8 business hours
  • Lead and maintain the Expression of Interest process
  • Track and process Purchase Orders
  • Support Capability leaders with essential administration
  • Continuously look for ways to improve how we use technology to support learning

What you’ll bring

  • Strong attention to detail and system‑savvy mindset
  • Confident communicator who builds great relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle deadlines
  • Comfortable with data and continuous improvement
  • Growth mindset and a practical, can‑do attitude
  • 2–5 years’ experience with HR tech or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
