Kitchen Designer: Retail (Albany)

Our kitchen showrooms showcase our inspirational range of kitchen products but and we need great customer focused team members to bring our customers visions for their kitchens to life.  We are now seeking a full time Kitchen Expert to join our team of Kitchen Designers, you will be flexible to work across a Tuesday – Saturday roster.


The focus of this role:

This role gives you an opportunity to use your flair to design and sell our kitchen range, helping our customers in all aspects of their kitchen makeover. Whether it is helping our customers design their new kitchen or selecting the right flat-pack options, along with the right kitchen appliances to suit their needs, working in this department means really listening to our customers’ requirements and presenting the right solutions. 


Our ideal applicant:

  • Previous retail experience and/or kitchen design experience will be viewed very favourably
  • Ability to draft accurate CAD designs in accordance with the customer’s needs. 
  • Enthusiasm and team spirit; 
  • A passion for customer service excellence and great communication skills
  • Good time management; 
  • A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible 
  • A lateral thinker who can identify solutions and be creative;
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; and the tenacity to follow up our suppliers to ensure your customers receive the correct products, on time.
  • CAD experience would be an asset.

We deliver Prenail Frame and Truss solutions through Riviera Pre-nail and manage our own importing via Riviera Imports.
