Kitchen Designer - Mitre 10 Waihi

Your locally owned and operated Mitre 10 Waihi is looking for a new Kitchen Consultant as apart of our Trade Team.

This is a full time position (40 hours/week) and days of work will be Monday to Friday starting January 2025

This role will combine your excellent customer service skills, with your flair for design, as you work alongside customers to help bring their projects to life. You will work closely with each customer at every stage of the process, from drafting CAD designs, placing and processing orders, monitoring progress and installation, and following up at completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the ideal candidates would have:

• A confident, friendly approach when dealing with internal and external customers;
• A high level of accuracy in all areas of work;
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills;
• The physical capability to manage the manual handling requirements of the role;
• Previous experience in a similar design role would be an advantage.
• The ability to work well under pressure;
• Can work well within a team and independently
