At Mitre 10 we love helping our customers bring their home ideas to life, we’re looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom Team.

If you enjoy design, working with people, and coming up with creative solutions in a fast-paced retail environment this could be the perfect role for you.

In this role, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs and bring their ideas to life, creating practical and stylish kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and wardrobe solutions. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), including weekdays and one weekend day.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• No prior experience required – just a willingness to learn

No formal qualifications are necessary, just a passion for design, a flair for sales, and a drive to deliver outstanding results for our customers. Experience with design software is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
