IT Support Assistant (Part-Time)
With over 100 technical devices in use across our store, we’re looking for a dedicated IT Support Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our team to ensure all company technology is operating to current specifications and ready to support both our customers and team. From desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and point-of-sale systems, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our day-to-day operations. You’ll also collaborate with our national IT team as Mitre 10 rolls out a new operating system across stores.
About the role
Maintain and support a wide range of in-store technology
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues as they arise
- Assist with system updates and new technology rollouts
- Work both independently and alongside team members

Hours
Approximately 20 hours per week, generally Monday to Friday. Flexibility is required, as occasional after-hours work may be needed to resolve urgent IT issues.
