A rare opportunity has arisen. Reporting to the Inwards Goods Manager you will be responsible for assisting with incoming stock from our suppliers.  This involves checking stock off accurately and in a timely fashion. You will be involved in routine store wide stock takes.

All applicants must have as a minimum a full driver’s license and be willing to obtain a forklift license. Training to obtain this forklift license is provided by the store.

This role is a physical, hands-on role in a busy area of the business.  Accuracy, attention to detail, time management through planning & organisation and communication are all essential pre-requisite skills.

Previous experience in warehousing and/or inventory management will be an advantage.

· Ability to work as part of a team and independently

· Strong organisation skills

· Accurate handling of all incoming stock with some data entry also required.

· Assisting with stock movements into the store and unloading delivery trucks

· Excellent communication at all levels

· Maintaining standards and disciplines

· Being Physically fit – as there will be some heavy lifting and prolonged standing

-Being safety conscious and prepared to follow all H&S requirements.
